I’m a Licensed Sex & Relationship Therapist specializing in sexual intimacy and couples on the brink of divorce. I often work with individuals and couples who have already “done the work,” sometimes with multiple therapists, and yet still feel disconnected, resentful, or unsure if their relationship can truly feel connected again, both in and out of the bedroom.
I love supporting people in creating relationships with themselves and each other that are both emotionally secure and erotically alive. Intimacy shouldn’t feel like work. It’s meant to feel embodied, honest, and deeply connected and delicious.
With over 13 years of experience, a core part of my gift is finding what others often miss. The emotional, nervous system, or intimacy dynamic that keeps people stuck despite their best efforts. When that core issue is addressed, safety deepens, desire returns, and connection begins to feel natural again, whether you’ve been together for three years or thirty.
